Today I received fabulous technical support from a charming man (I think his name was Gaupo - spelling might be a bit off). From the beginning of the conversation to the end he was calm, let me know what was going on and talked me through the technical stuff in a brilliant relaxing way! I couldn't recommend him high enough.
