If I could give no stars then I would. I have been a customer for quite a long time over which the company seems to have changed names three times. The service used to be good but since rebranding (or takeover?) to BigBlu absolutely appalling. You ring trying to get through on a phone number you have to to pay for and after exactly 16 mins the call cuts you off. They never answer emails. So bad and what is worse there is very little choice out there if you do not have a good 4G signal and are reliant on satellite broadband. Shame, shame and shame on you BigBlu and your rubbish treatment of customers of over 7 years standing!!!!
