Considering I cancelled my subscription 15 months ago I'm quite surprised to receive this e-mail!
Generally, I found the service good and reliable although the speed was only 5mB/sec (vs. the 8mB/sec promised).
I cancelled because of 1) the fixed amount or download 'quota' was becoming restrictive or would have been too expensive if I upped it for all my needs and 2) I received a fantastic bundled offer of fixed line, broadband and 2 iPhones that I couldn't pass up.
