When I first installed the satellite system I was very pleased with performance with regular download speeds above 18 Mbsps, after about 6-8 months download speeds dropped dramatically sometimes as low as 2-3Mbsps.
I have spoken to John Sidwell several times and complained to head office but they can only give me the standard industry excuses.
Overall it works quite well it is just the speeds that let it down and the price is astronomical (please excuse the pun).
