I use this provider for my broadband signal, which is steadily reliable. The improvement I would like is the reinstatement of the DirectDebit facility from my account, as opposed to the current monthly charge to me credit card, which I might then consider using in emergencies only.
Other than that, a good trustworthy company with a good product range and responsive customer service.
