operative very informative and good service, goods arrived quickly. Tech staff very patient with me and helped get system running .
Slight concern about usage in first three days as you informed me having used 40% of my allocation.
Then three days after new months allocation informed me of 60% use !
Have bought another 10gb for this month just to see how it settles ,but all the years I was with BT never exceed my 10gb months allocation.
