After our initial contact with the company, which was very positive, things rapidly went downhill. We purchased a system and the fitter damaged our wall, although this was repaired by Europsat, however they then decided they could not accommodate our requirements and terminated the contract with us.
We found them a difficult company to work with, some of their customer service employees were not very helpful, we ended up with no system and out of pocket by £75. Not impressed, look for other options.
