After an initial problem , with the dish being slightly warped (though not visible to the naked eye) and getting no signal, John Sidwell could not have been more helpful in testing the various elements and eventually sorting out the problem by obtaining a replacement dish. The system was working well when we left France late Sept.
We are currently in the uk and not using the service, We return to France in March 2015 and hope we will have a good reception when we return>
