The service as a whole is just satisfactory. It seems as the day moves on the service suffers. It becomes unusable for anything but email/browsing in the evening.
It does lend itself well to smart TV technology especially within the time constraints as mentioned above.
The claims of fibre optic parity cannot be always claimed due to the ping time and subsequent latency.
All in all if I knew what I knew now I would give the purchase of the system some serious thought due to the negatives I have encountered
