After some delay when I just could not get hold of Europasat on the phone to tell them my broadband connection had totally failed, I did complain heartily using my wife's laptop. The help I then received from Steve and his troops could not have been better. I now believe that poor installation (by a contractor since fired) and some fine aligning of internal hubs was to blame. Our old house is admittedly tricky to cater for in matters electrical, but as I say, the service from Europasat was first-rate and everything is now working better than ever. Many thanks.
