I installed the dish and cabling myself which was easy and from day one down and upstream service has been solid even during prolonged bad weather spells here up in the mountains north of Madrid. Only on very rare occasions as a result of sudden intensive downpours has there been outages lasting for a few minutes
If you want an internet service with faster down/upstream throughput (though higher latency) and more reliable then your standard ADSL offering out in the sticks I would recommend Europasat.
