Incompetent. Can’t even manage their own suppliers. After two days of no broadbands we get this from them. Firstly, we’d like to apologise once more for the disruption to your broadband service and thank you for your support while we work hard to rectify the situation.
Unfortunately, our supplier Avanti has taken the unilateral decision to suspend broadband services to our customers, and while we are discussing resolutions with them, we do not have a timescale as to when connectivity will be restored. And the call themselves a broadband supplier...........
