Absolute rubbish. Would not recommend their 'service' to anyone.
If you have a technical issue be prepared to go on hold for a long time only to get cut off.
Been trying since 9am to get through, it's now 1:50pm.
Problem has been ongoing for 4 days now.
Basically a bandwidth broker for europasat and they have to raise tickets with them to issues sorted.
This is not good enough. We have over 10 accounts running critical business services with this shower and I will be recommending we find another supplier as soon as possible.
Do not get involved with them.
