To date I've been wholly disappointed with the service I receive.
The internet delivery has rarely performed at the advertised speed. At anything deemed "peak" times - basically, if anyone else in Europe is awake and on the network - it regularly runs at around a tenth of what I pay for. I have raised this with customer services on more than one occasion and have been appalled at the brush-off response I received. I would recommend Europsat only to my enemies, and then only if I was in a really spiteful mood.
