Re-connection of my system was very much delayed for no apparant reason and despite the fact that I had given plenty of advanced request that I needed reconnecting by a particular date.
It took several long distance (international) expensive calls to get things moving
Despite assurances that nothing has changed since last year, download speeds have become painfully slow and erratic
