I telephoned the main number and a lady by the name of 'Trina' called me back at 1750hrs on a friday, she was most helpful and efficient and my account was set up and active in double quick time. Saturday afternoon i called the tech helpline who within 10min returned my call, extremely helpful and knowledgeable, 20mins later, online and working!
