Recently had to change travel plans due to covid. Was told I could drop off car in Sheffield instead of Gatwick airport for £50-more then fair. Only to to told by Sheffield site that its £350 and that we couldn't add a new driver to drop off the car in Sheffield. Absolute robbery and clearly just a way to gauge money out of anyone unfortunate enough to catch covid. Shame how some companies have seen covid as nothing but an opportunity to make money where other companies couldn't be more accommodating.
WOULD recommend avoiding this company they are scumbags.
