We didn't even rent the car (we paid for it in April) in the end but still haven't received refund for the 400 euros we paid (it's now almost October). We cancelled well within the cancellation period and still nothing - even though I have emailed and rang so many times.
I have no option but to take legal action as they will not get away with this! I urge you to NEVER use them. I am amazed they are legally operating - they need to be sued. ZERO STARS
