Use this company at your peril. First the positive part: I experienced easy booking, fair prices, good cars, friendly staff. Now the terrible part... Their accounting system is stuffed; it keeps taking money out of my account illegally. I was double charged without explanation no less than three times. I had to work out for myself what was going worng with their system, then tell them to fix it. They were still unable to stop it happening so I had two choices - either cancel my credit card and get a new one (major hassle), or instruct them to remove my details from their system under threat of legal action. I chose the latter and after 3 months it seems to have worked, but I am still keeping a very close eye on my credit card statement in case they have not done what I instructed them to do. Not even the slightest hint of an apology from them. I feel really sorry for their staff at the depots, who were friendly, efficient and helpful. I hope they find jobs working for a better company.
