I was scheduled to collect a vehicle from Clayton at 10AM Sunday, 15 Jan.
I was called by Steven at this branch at 9:19am on the day of booking that there are no vehicles available, and he had to cancel the booking.
He advised there are no commercial vehicles available even when asked if we are able to collect from another station.
Yet even when he was on the phone, I was still able to book the same vehicle to collect today from this same station even when it is ‘not available’.
Less than 40 minutes notice yet a customer is required to give 48 hours to avoid a cancellation fee.
This is absolutely pathetic and I will be cancelling my corporate contract because of this unreliable and useless supplier.
