Really confusing process. tried to get everything paid upfront for a 10 day hire from London Heathrow to Edinburgh. at the end still received a £326 charge tot eh credit card... when I called to ask what the charges were for, the operator could only find £90 of extras so we have been put in a queue for 7-10 days for an answer.
