This was my worst experience ever in renting a car. I will never use Europcar again.
After we got home, we had very large charges on our credit card for the rental, at one point more than twice what we should have paid. I protested and some charges were dropped and others added. This went back and forth for many days with the result that I did pay more than I should have.
