Avoid! Sneaky lying sales people ripping off tired families after long haul flights. Even when presented with evidence of maximum charges as quoted they still insist on keeping your money. Very deceptive company, plenty of similar reviews to show how awful they are. Unsurprisingly the CEO’s don’t last long and were investigated previously by trading standards and The Serious Fraud Office.
