Yet money was still taken from our account without explanation. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common issue. If South Africa wants to encourage tourism, companies like this do more harm than good. We’ll be disputing the charge with our credit card company. Think twice before booking with Europcar – not worth the stress or the risk.
