Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing
We spent the whole day at home, but the courier just didn't arrive. No one called, the support service advised just to wait
The next morning, no one contacted me, so I decided to contact customer support again.
They didn't know why the driver didn't arrive, and all they can do is reprogram the order for the next day without any guarantees that the driver will arrive this time.
Absolutely unprofessional, and I am very disappointed with the company's service
