My original parcel was priced at €52 and today they took an extra €65,24 from my account for an overweight package! I have replied to all their emails, I called customer support, but still I'm waiting for a response!

This has been the worst experience ever sending a package. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are unreliable and not trustworthy. I have called almost every day for consecutive 2 weeks to again and again ask when will the package be delivered, even though I had a date for it and it was never collected. No communication has been sent that the courier will be late (I almost wonder if it ever was communicated with the courrier) and every time on the phone they were 'sorry that this is happenning' rescheduling the collection and then it never came to an end. I had to cancel since I can't wait for another week - they offered me 'another' date for pick up which was in a week... after already waiting for 2 weeks. This has happenned 2 times - I thought the previous one was a mistake but it turns out it's not. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I made several successful investments with some brokers online before losing 80% of my savings to the trading broker. It cost me so much money and pain to invest in a broker that was not even real. Useless company.. Their site does not explain what are the limits for insurance.. A lot of delays in pick ups and complete obfuscation about refunds etc.. Stay away from these scammers..

Avoid at all cost possible. 1 star is too generous. They(Eurosender and GLS) collected my desktop Pc and monitor and lost them. Now they refuse to give any compensation if I cannot give the pictures that I packed them in original packaging even they are insured. Worst customer service possible. No wonder why so many bad reviews. Please avoid them. totally unprofessional.

A broker with esentially no customer support. I sent some goods and they seem to have lost them. Now they don't help at all and tell me to deal with FedEx. FedEx says I have no FedEx account, so I shall contact eurosender. Avoid them at all costs!!. You've been warned

I have been trying to withdraw my money since 5th February 2024. No open trades, and I have a small profit.I decided to withdraw money but have also had nothing approved or sent. All bad reviews are correct. Everything you have read has happened to me. Amount in question was 123,999 USD. Withdrawal request was made on 9th April again and it was declined by Investmarkets. AVOID! One star still is too generous. I ordered for an item to be collected in Spain and delivered in Portugal. Simple, from industrial location to a residential address. This proved impossible for the courier EUROSENDER employed, GLS. The tracking information kept saying the items was registered but not entered into the system yet. I emailed EUROSENDER. At first super friendly and helpful. Issues was apparently an incorrect address, they couldn’t find the correct location. Weird as it’s a normal residential area. No mention why the tracking info wasn’t working by the way. They requested in an email all the details again with the mention: The address should be easily located via Google maps. I gave my complete address again WITH LAT/LONG coordinates AND that google map link of my location. Could not get anymore precise. Still impossible to deliver and when I chased it up again and asked if I could collect from depot I received a call from original pick up location that it was returned there. EUROSENDER still maintain that the address was wrong and it’s my fault a professional courier could not deliver an item “door to door” with all the address details I gave them. They won’t refund and will not attempt to deliver the item again. So avoid!!! If the one task a company can’t do, a crucial task key to their operation and product, then you should avoid them. A courier company that can’t find an address in my opinion should therefore be avoided.

He had seen me go through thick and thin to get the funds snatched away in seconds by a lazy fraudulent "company", called Algoforex. He went through his police forensics and records until he came up with one final name, theresachin recovery group, who is the top-ranked in terms of feedback and reviews after tackling recovery cases. This was reassuring but I couldn't help holding a delay before I reached out to them, I emailed and call/whatsapp them on theresachin1212(AT)GMAIL(DOT)COM and WhatsApp: (PLUS)1 (234) 300‑1544. We are talking about $854,550 at stake so to a 29-year-old, that was a lot of money. This just didn't seem possible, at least from my previous experiences. When I said I screamed when I received a bank notification of a deposit of $854,550 it's because I did. In case you are going through an issue concerning your funds maybe in crypto or cash fraud, they're a better solution than overthinking & sleepless nights just try them out and maybe your testimony will be someone else's redemption."

NEVER AGAIN! Paid for moving just 2 bags from BCN to DUB. 3 weeks of delay with no call or explanation & now say they’re ‘officially considered’ lost. 😖 Cmon someone is not doing their job. It’s frustrating!

The package was smashed, and no one informed me! My worst delivery experience ever! problems at all phases: 1. the courier was supposed to come to pick up the package 10.6. I wanted to send a gift in time for my friend's birthday. Collection time of the package is from 9 to 18. I wrote to support that I had not yet printed the label, because I saw the information about it only on 10.6 in the morning. But the courier still came and left without a package. I asked the courier to come back the next day. I was home all day, no one came, and the support said that the courier could not pick up the package because I was not home (lie). I asked them to come back the next day and said it is very important because otherwise I might not make it on time. I stayed at home all day again, but no one came. I called and wrote many times, and the support team kept telling me to wait, the courier would come, there was still time (at 17.30 IT was said to me too). The recipient was going to leave for a week and we were not able to deliver the package before he left, so we had to postpone it for a week. It's a huge disappointment because it was a birthday present that wasn't delivered on time. Although I did my best to deliver it on time. The package was finally picked up from me on 24.6. 2 weeks after it was planned. 2. In the request, I specified that I would be transporting alcohol and clothes. And that's the only reason I chose your company, because it could provide alcohol transportation. But the package broke on the way and stained the clothes. 1 bottle of 8 was broken, and 1 can was missing! I packed it in such a way that it was difficult to break if you treat the package as glass (which is what alcohol is usually contained in). The clothes were in plastic bags, but they were also taken away! The sweets were also spilled out of the package and because the alcohol was broken and there was liquid/probably glass, it could not be eaten! The package was repacked, the glass was removed, but I was not informed of anything! 3. the package was marked in the system as if it was leaving on 10.6, although in fact it was finally picked up on 24.6

Eurosender Sarl: My Shipping Odyssey Gone Wrong Travelers and fellow shippers, gather round! I have a tale to tell, a cautionary one about Eurosender Sarl. What started as a simple task - shipping two packages from Italy to Barcelona - turned into a months-long odyssey filled with missing parcels, damaged goods, and the most frustrating customer service experience imaginable. Lost in Transit: Imagine my growing anxiety as the days turned into weeks, and one of my packages simply vanished. Inquiries to Eurosender Sarl were met with radio silence. No updates, no tracking information, just a gaping hole where my package should have been. And to make matters worse, this package held valuable items! A Bruised Arrival: The second package finally arrived, but the "Fragile" markings might as well have been invisible. Eurosender Sarl's mishandling left the contents unusable. My hopes of a smooth delivery were dashed, replaced by a wave of frustration. Emails to the Void: Since April, I've bombarded Eurosender Sarl with over 40 emails. It felt like throwing messages into a void. Compensation for the lost package and the damaged goods? Eurosender Sarl simply didn't respond. Thankfully, PayPal stepped in and refunded the shipping costs, but the insurance claim remains a mystery. A Word to the Wise: For the love of all that is shipped safely, avoid Eurosender Sarl! Their negligence, lack of communication, and disregard for their customers are appalling. There are plenty of reliable shipping companies out there. Don't subject yourself to the same shipping nightmare I endured. Travellers and shippers, be warned!

They were suppose to pick up a pallet on 21 December and emailed me saying that it will be after new year and I agreed with that. If your delivery partner is not available remove the dates from the your site and don't let people pay for something they can not get. They later started to email me looking first for 120 euro more and later for 210 euro more to my 380euro shipping. All reasons that didn't line up with what is saying on their page or the booking process. I will not recomend Eurosender to anyone.

Avoid this company, find an alternative This company failed to deliver it's service in everyway. It cost me the full payment for the service and the customs fees. None of these payments are refundable. All I wanted was to send a cooker extractor hood, from a German shop, to a UK address. Complete failure. Three supports calls, but basically passed the blame. They said they can't track all the packages, that they aren't responsible for getting the items successfully through customs. The items were returned to the shop in Germany. I am not sure what I paid them for.

We paid Eurosender to transport two carry-on bags from Montevideo to Lisbon. We filled all the forms requested online with the information about the bags that included clothes and portable computers and paid the full amount for this service in advance. The bags were then collected and taken to the airport, where the Uruguayan customs complained about the forms and asked for documents that neither we nor Eurosender knew what they were. The bags were returned to a friend's house as we were no longer in the country. To obtain said documents our presence in the country was needed, and seeing that we were already in Portugal it wasn't viable for us to obtain them. Therefore we opted to no longer use Eurosender's service and asked for a partial refund since the only cost they had was the transportation of the bags from and to the airport (40km roundtrip). Eurosender is still refusing to do said refund. Note that they didn't inform us previously about the documents and when we asked about them they weren't able to help us.

Awful experience, they dont follow their deadlines and there is no information in case the courier does not show up. In my case, this is what happened, the courier did not show up, nobody told me and I finally had to take it to a shipping point with the corresponding charges. At Eurosender customer service, they always say that it is the fault of the courier company and they are just an intermediary. In short, they avoid any responsibility, because it is with them that a service is contracted. Nefarious customer service.

This is the worst company and the insurance they provide is a fraud! I sent my pc unit and the screen with them. Firstly, they delivered the screen but not the pc unit. Supposedly they sent it back due to they couldn't find my address. But they did deliver the screen. Then they said we lost your pc and it took them 3 months to find it! After more than 3 months they finally delivered the unit but it was totally smashed. I had had it ensured but then they denied to pay it up! They are a fraud! I suspect that they wanted to steal the pc! And it wasn't a cheap pc!

Item did not arrive in the first week of July. I applied for an investigation on 7/11, and Artin L. replied on 7/12, starting the investigation, which was supposed to take 15 working days. It wasn't until 8/17, when I wrote to Vesna T. myself, that I received a reply stating that the item may have been lost, and no shipping-related information could be disclosed. On 8/24, Amadej C. stated that no compensation could be offered. On the same day, I also requested the waiver provided by UPS with reference number, allows UPS to provide shipping information. On 9/8, following UPS's suggestion, I applied for a re-investigation, but there was no response. I called every week, there was no news from the nobel claim department. On 9/25, I received a reply from Amadej C. stating that the case was closed on 8/24 from eurosender perspective without any further response. Throughout the entire process, eurosender have been like a black box, only responding to their requests thet I replied and providing no useful information. And it was ended by eurosender's statement even though I got a reference number from UPS to request a waiver.
