“Package was sent back to me e no explanation. Couldn't anyone to help me and didn't get a refund. And I was charged €179 VAT which also wasn't refunded.”

“Unfortunately they (DHL) forgot to pick up the document. The tracking showed “to be picked up at address” but it took 4 days and after I complained via email it was confirmed that it was.never picked up. What was supposed to be a 48 hs delivery from Masrid to Lisbon, became 1 week”

“How could it be easier? You fill in a form, print a sticker, and someone comes the next day (each time more or less at the same time of the day), then you can trace your shipment on line.”
