Ordered my parcels to get picked up from France to Sweden. As many other reviews has written, after my payment was done the experience was terrible. No one ever showed up and false information about phone calls to me was given between courier company and eurosender. I ended up using another company and no refund was made from Eurosend. Actually, read terms & conditions of Eurosender, refunds are actually not possible. Unless you are interested in credits for using Eurosender again. Do not use this company.

didn't come to collect - service use to be good but now I wouldn't recommend it. Poor customer service as well.

Très mauvais service. La personne qui est venue chercher mes cartons a d'abord refusé de m'aider à les porter puis est partie sans mes cartons... j'ai dû recommander pour le lendemain. Puis a la reception j'ai attendu mes cartons chaque jour sans savoir où ils étaient (le suivi n'était pas mis à jour) pour qu'ils arrivent au final avec une semaine de retard!

Bonjour Claire Szczurowski, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire. Nous sommes navrés si l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances, nous ne pouvons jamais prévoir à l'avance les problèmes liés à la logistique. Il y a eu un souci de communication entre l'entreprise logistique en Italie et celle en Pologne ce qui a engendré un retard. Nous tentons de notre mieux pour que la communication globale soit constamment améliorée afin d'éviter ce type de situation. Bien à vous.

However, we never obtained a reply from your side to know if the package was in good hands. I sent three boxes, only 2 were received. I lost one bag and there was no possible way to communicate that or complain.

Terrible service - advertise 1 day service that took 8 working days to deliver. Customer service refused to take responsibility and said 'external influences' can cause delays - bloody hell, 8 days! What a great get-out! Stupidly only read terrible reviews after paying them -Never again!

WARNING: At the point of writing this, there are 122 positive (5-star) reviews submitted within the past 2 weeks. Only one. The oldest submitted, is 1 year old. There are 48 negative (1-star) reviews spanning equally throughout a period of 1 year. Smells fishy.

Starting to think it is a scam. They already rescheduled the pick up twice and never showed up. Maybe 3rd time it's a charm. Do NOT use their services! Ever!

Very bad experience. Everything had started pretty well though, ordering from the site was easy, but once I paid it was a nightmare. I sent 5 packages from Amsterdam, Netherlands, to Antibes, France. A first date has been planned to collect the packages in Amsterdam. The time slot was from 8:00am to 18:00pm. So I waited all day! And no one came. Not a call, not an e-mail, nothing! Very unhappy, I sent them incendiary e-mails! I was really annoyed because I left Amsterdam the next day at 6:00am. Their incompetence didn't suit me at all. They e-mailed me back saying I had to provide a Dutch phone number! Not a word of apology, nothing! Pretending it was written in the GCU! Scandalous! They could have told me before they made me wait a whole day! They say that a local number is mandatory. So I get them a Dutch number, and I reschedule a pickup the next week. (A friend had to ask a day off to stay at the apartment) And guess what? This same day I get a call from a lady telling me we need to plan a date for the pickup... Exasperated, I tell her it's supposed to be today and my friend took time off for it. She tells me she doesn't know... And we're rescheduling an appointment for the next day. This is bullshit! They're finally coming. The driver smokes a cigarette while my friend (who had to stay at home again for a whole day!) has to put the packages in the truck himself. Now my parcels are in transit to France, I hope to see them again one day but given their incompetence I doubt it. And icing on the cake: I got a call this morning from a lady telling me we need to plan a date for the pickup! I think it's a joke! I have to explain to her that the packages are already gone: it's outrageous that she doesn't know, it shows just how pathetic their organization is and their customer service too. Never use their services, this company should not exist they are unable to do their job!

We had some issues with package being damaged but Eurosender went ahead and refunded the full cost of the item so I gotta say I was very satisfied.

The ordering process is well organized and efficient. Eurosender has done a good job at the front end of the process. What I'm not pleased about is Eurosender not communicating the tracking number to its clients in a timely manner. I've had this issue with both of my recent shipments. On both occasions I've had to reach out to Eurosender to request this information. On my latest shipment even though the shipment went out this morning i.e. over 9 hours ago I still don't have a tracking number and am waiting for a response from support on this issue. I don't understand why Eurosender doesn't arrange with courier partners to have them print this information on the receipt that is delivered when package is picked up. Clearly the courier knows the tracking number so if the information is no provided sooner (which it should) why not at least share it through that document. I'm otherwise pleased with the service.

Hello Nicholas, Many thanks for your feedback here, that is very appreciated. The tracking numbers are usually sent in the morning of the collection (standard orders) but the courier companies can, from time to time, have some delays. This is an aspect that we definitely try to improve with each of our partners. On the receipt given should be stated the tracking numbers but this receipt is not always provided. We will work harder to make it simpler! Sincerely.

Thank you for your feedback. A standard order can only provide you an estimated delivery date, according to our mutual conditions with the logistics companies. Regarding your shipment, the delivery was delayed due to the sanitary crisis which led to many restrictions, especially for deliveries at companies. We are sorry if this delay caused inconvenience. I sent my 03 baggages from Paris to Gex on 28th February 2020. I haven’t received 02 of them yet as of 10 May 2020. My baggages contain- Shirts: Red and White Check (02), White (01), Light Blue (01) , Brown Check (01) , Black and White Check (02), Grey (01). The shirts are from different brands. Calvin Klein, Zara, Ferdous. Can remember these so far. Pants: Camel (01), Off White (02), Navy Blue (01), Light Grey (01). Different Brands- Celio, Burton, Zara etc. Jackets: Both are black- One leather jacket and another winter jacket Jeans: UniQlo Denim Trousers are all check patterns of different colour. Cannot remember. Camera Tripod: Fotopro Tripod- Black carry bag and Blue colour Canon Camera Charger Canon EF 70-200mm f / 2.8L IS III USM (White in Colour) Camera Flashes (02) - Black in colour with wireless remotes Shoes: Hugo Boss (Blue and Red), Adidas (Black), Burton (Brown), Aarong (Chocolate Brown) Prayer Mat: Deep Green 03 suits: dark blue, grey stripe (both are from Fit Elegance) and one jet black suit from Marks & Spencers 04 jackets: Black winter jacket (Decathlon), Leather Bombardier Jacket from Kiabi and one blue summer jacket and another black summer jacket. 03 wrist watches : One was a Seiko Chronometer, One G-Shock and One Armani sports watch.

I wrote to eurosender to change my delivery address, but when I called to the DPD to check if it is going to the right place, they told me they didn’t receive anything. So the parcel was sent back to Italy and than it was relocated to Poland to the new address, but after almost 2 weeks without updates, I received an information that it is lost. Now I am waiting for the insurance, I payed for an extra, but nobody answer me for one week.

The problem with logistics and new addresses is that once your parcel is collected with your original data (addresses, phone numbers, etc) and when you wish to change the delivery address, it is very difficult for the courier companies to proceed properly. Your shipment was international and therefore not only one warehouse is in charge but a few across different countries. Changing the delivery address in the middle of the shipment is rarely successful. Unfortunately, in your case, the parcel got lost and we could assist you with the claim in order for the insurance and the courier company to cover your loss. We are, of course, very sorry for the inconvenience caused and we know that financial compensation is not always enough. Your team Eurosender

I have experienced unsatisfactory services. Pickups were never happening on date. Deliveries took 10 or more days whilst Eurosender promised 6 days. International tracking number was only supplied upon request. Last order for a parcel delivery within Greece took 14 days instead of 2-3. While I had paid Eurosender upon placing the order, Eurosender informed local courier about payment with 8-9 days' delay and after numerous phone calls to Help Desk.
