What a waste of time! We had initially chosen this company to have our pallets arrive from Belgium and had to wait a month before anyone noticed the parcel was not even picked up. Only after numerous phone calls and emails was I eventually transferred to a supervisor (Turalp P), who was very helpful (the only reason for the 2nd star). He told me that there was a "glitch" in the courier's system and they hadn't picked up the parcel yet. He then switched couriers and we finally received our pallet 2 months after placing the order (it was promised in 8 days). After making an official complaint, I am then told by Christiana P (they don't have surnames in this company) that it was the courier's fault and there's nothing they can do - even if that courier (DHL) was hired by them. I was also told that it was my fault for not having checked with our supplier in the first place. Isn't this a service we pay you for? Don't waste your time with this company. There is no follow-up once they take your money and they assume the courier will take care of it. You're just a number and they don't seem to care about when SMEs lose money due to their incompetence. There are plenty of other transport companies out there and we've since found another one that we are very happy with - delivery within 1 week Belgium/France to Ireland, compared to 2 months with this company.

I was disappointed with the way my case was handled. First, I was told one price, once I paid it, it happened that due to some misunderstanding (private versus business case) my case was transferred to another carrier, which happened to have a higher price. Since I had a very tight schedule, I had no other options than to pay the rest. I understand that this might happen, although I advise you to ask all related questions in advance to avoid this kind of misunderstandings. Next, I was told that everything is settled and the company will come to pick up the stuff during the day (certain hours range was specified). So I was waiting. And it just hit me to call the carrier company directly, just to know a more specific time. Once I called them regarding my pick-up, they told me that since I did not confirm the order, they have not included me to the list. But I was never informed about the fact that I had to confirm with the carrier directly myself. Since Eurosender works as an intemediary, I believe it was their job to make sure that everything is confirmed, if not then at least I should have been notified about it. Again, I was disappointed with this type of treatment, especially given the fact that I specifically asked to handle everything properly because of the tight schedule. You need to better work on this. If you cannot handle the situations that requires fast response/handling, then refuse the customer to deliver your services from the beginning. I was pretty much relying on you as professionals. Otherwise I could have done it myself by directly contacting all the available carriers, and that would have ended up even more smooth than what I have received from your services. Thank you!

Unfortunately they (DHL) forgot to pick up the document. The tracking showed “to be picked up at address” but it took 4 days and after I complained via email it was confirmed that it was.never picked up. What was supposed to be a 48 hs delivery from Masrid to Lisbon, became 1 week

12 days after paying for 3 day shipping, I am still waiting for delivery! DHL, Eurosender's shipping partner in my case, has been absolutely incompetent, or maybe just uncaring, but do es it matter, when the result is an empty space where one's shipment should be?

Très mauvais service. La personne qui est venue chercher mes cartons a d'abord refusé de m'aider à les porter puis est partie sans mes cartons... j'ai dû recommander pour le lendemain. Puis a la reception j'ai attendu mes cartons chaque jour sans savoir où ils étaient (le suivi n'était pas mis à jour) pour qu'ils arrivent au final avec une semaine de retard!

Bonjour Claire Szczurowski, Merci d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire. Nous sommes navrés si l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de vos espérances, nous ne pouvons jamais prévoir à l'avance les problèmes liés à la logistique. Il y a eu un souci de communication entre l'entreprise logistique en Italie et celle en Pologne ce qui a engendré un retard. Nous tentons de notre mieux pour que la communication globale soit constamment améliorée afin d'éviter ce type de situation. Bien à vous.

Boa tarde, estou a dar um comentário ruim, possivelmente não com o vosso serviço mas com o facto de já com duas encomendas de recolha que fiz no vosso site, e sendo a transportadora "Chrono" que se registam atrasos na recolha, não falo de atrasos de horas nem de um dia. Mas sim de 4 a 5 dias. O que nunca encomenda com alguma urgencia é bastante complicado para quem vende que é o meu caso. Já me aconteceu ter que ligar para os vossos serviços para reagendar a recolha, o que implica mais custos do que os propriamente ditos dos portes.. Espero que esta exposição sirva para optimizar o serviço oferecido por vós. Obrigado.

Die Anmeldung per internet ging ganz gut. Aber -Die Abholung brauchte tatsächlich 3 Anläufe. 1 Tag keiner kam. Servicenummer angerufen - lange Warteschleife. Vertröstung auf den kommenden Tag. am nächsten Tag auch nicht ... Servicenummer angerufen - lange Warteschleife. Vertröstung auf den kommenden Tag. Am 4 Tag und nach drei Servicecenter Anrufen kam der DpD Service dann endlich, aber auch mit der Abholnote (Aufkleber) mit Datum vom Vortag.... Wer soll sich so lange Urlaub nehmen um auf die Abholung eines Paketes zu warten??? Die von Ihrer Servicehotline rausgegebenen Nummer des DPD zur Klärung der Abholung war erstens Kostenpflichtig, zweitens nur mit Automatenstimme, die es selbst nach 10 facher Wiederholung nicht schaffte die ORDERNR. korrekt zu erfassen schlicht eine Katastrophe. D.h. bei DPD eine glatte 6. Das ist nicht Kundenorientiert!

I was advised the parcel would take 3 days to reach its destination. It took 10 days. It was meant to be delivered to the recipient's address, it was delivered to the post office. The only reasons I haven't rated them 'very poor' is because they responded to every email I sent, even though most of them were unhelpful. I'll stick to more expensive and more reliable companies.

My parcel has been lost on the way and no one was able to give me any information so far. I didn't give the "Very poor" grade because of the responsiveness of your team. I never had to wait too much in order to get an answer back from you. But that still didn't help getting my package back.

Express delivery (via DHL) took 5 days instead of advertised 24 hours. I made an official complaint. All I got back was reply that my case is still under investigation.
