My experience with Eurosender was not the best one. When preparing my suitcase for the pick up I have read the instructions. It said that the driver picking up the package will place a sticker with the given address and other details. When the driver arrived at our place he had no stickers, in fact, he said that he can't accept the package because it's missing the labels. That got me confused, but the driver showed up a few days later, this time with printed labels and picked up the package. I am happy I have wrapped my suitcase in several layers of bubble foil as it got very dirty and torn apart. Otherwise, the system of placing an order was quick and easy.

I sent a parcel and the pick up delayed compared to the date it was supposed to be picked up and suddenly one month later I received the parcel back without any notification. I used it for business and this it not what I expect from a professional company, sorry.

My parcel was smashed, obviously it wasn't treated properly and as a result there were few things broken inside. Considering that I payed 65€ I am not satisfied with this service. I don't know if it is your fault or GLS's Slovenia. I have photos of the parcel on the delivery day if you want them.

Courier attended for pick-up without label - stating he will remember which package it is and apply label later in the depot; estimated transit time was 2-3 days but took more than a week 3 different courier companies handled the parcel, a lot of confusion and transfer of responsibility - if it had gotten lost, none would obviously be responsible. Will not use Eurosender services again.

Aflevering was uitstekend maar ik wordt nu geconfronteerd met een additionele en extra, niet voorziene prijs, omdat het afleveradres in spanje zogenaamd moeilijk te bereiken is !! Dat is absolute onzin omdat het afleveradres vlak bij Fiqueres ligt en uitstekend via een autoweg is te berijden. Absoluut dus geen sprake van moeilijk te bereiken !! Onzin !! Dit is absoluut niet fraai van de spaanse koerier en absoluut niet acceptabel !!

Sama paltforma Eurosender je dobra, jasna in enostavna za uporabnika. Imam pa zelo slabe izkušnje z DPD. Vsaj na našem terenu ne odvzemajo pošiljk, kot je dogovorjeno, o tem nas nič ne obveščajo. To se nam je zgodilo že dvakrat. Če bi samo naročanje na Eurosenderju ne bilo tako zelo v redu, bi se sam obračal neposredno na GLS, ki - vsaj na našem terenu - ponuja bistveno boljši servis in je pomembno bilj eorganiziran od DPD. Não vieram buscar a minha encomenda ao local estipulado, no dia pretendido, nem comunicaram comigo, tive que ser eu a ligar para a transportadora para saber o que se passava.

I made a few orders on Eurosender and the order has not one time been picked up or delivered on time. Sometimes it took up to a few weeks due to poor coordination between the DPD(Delivery service) and Eurosender. Price for the service is acceptable however I strongly suggest improving the delivery service offered.

my suitcase got damaged but will not be refunded as it is not an"proper" packaging even though suitcases are even mentioned in the order process and how they have to be packed (what I did according to the instructions)

Nous sommes à la 4 ou 5eme demande d'enlèvement chez notre fournisseur par l'intermédiare de DPD et rien ... Ils ne trouvent pas l'adresse d'un commercant !!! Et nous sommes toujours en attente de notre commande Cordialement Louis ARTIS - NANCY MINI SHOP

The order process was fine, pickup also fine but the company seemed to shift all responsibility and consideration for my belongings after they reached the destination city. There was no attempt made to deliver to my apartment, if there was, I did not receive a phone call or notification so that I could be at home. Given that I, like most members of the population, work it seems crazy to me that they cannot inform customers when they can expect their delivery so that they can be home. Am I supposed to just stay home for the whole week waiting for the package? When I emailed the company 1. expressing that I found this very unrealistic for them to expect and 2. to ask where my package was as I hadn't received any information that it was in Amsterdam... they just told me that it had been at a depot for multiple days and I could go pick it up myself. Why hadn't I been informed of this prior to me asking? I asked for them to rearrange delivery as I had not been given any chance to ensure that I was home when the original delivery attempt was made. The whole purpose of me spending 50 euros for this service was so that I didn't have to carry my 40kg bag onto the plane with me, so I found it completely pointless that I had paid this much to have to go to the depot myself and carry it home anyway. I don't have a car, like lots of people living in urban areas, so this was a huge task for me to carry it home. All in all, I found the service not worth the money, and the customer service extremely unhelpful and unapologetic.

I sent three bags from Germany to Spain at the same time to the same destination. Two of the arrived, one at the. The third one kept making circles in Germany for a week before it actually left Germany. Once it arrived. The bag arrived in poor condition. Eurosender didn't want to anyhow cover it. I have been very happy with Eurosender in the past but this time I'm very disappointed.

15 days delivery from Croatia to Greece is a joke. Now for next shipment it took them 3 days just to pick it up.

My items arrived damaged and Eurosender refused to take any responsibility informing me post factum that I should have taken pictures in the presence of the courier.of all damaged items. However communication from their side was very good.

I’m very disappointed with the service. After fixing the pick up date of my parcel, I waited 1 week for it and the delivery person delivered the parcel not properly to the receiver. The receiver told me there was no door handed, the parcel was in front of the door of his building instead of his apartment door and without informing him. That was so irresponsible way, if the parcel was taken by someone then who will be the responsible for it? Please concern my feedback.

Huge delays and no customer support. I understand the situation is difficult for everyone but I paid a considerable amount of money for this. My parcel came 2 weeks later and in the meantime I had lost complete track of it, I was not sure if it was going to arrive, and apparently nobody was. On top of that, it arrived damaged.
