I’ve used Eurosender twice already, the first time it all went nicely, but the second time, the package didn’t meet its destination not in one business day, and not in five. I called to see what was the problem, and firstly, the tracking on the website wasn’t updated at all (being the last notification from the pick up), and I was told that the package was already at the city of delivery, but when the label was printed, the door number was cut out (I don’t know why), and so the package remained in the city storage pretty much the whole time, and I wasn’t notified of it, I HAD TO CALL to see what the problem was, nobody sent me an email or a call to fix it, so if I didn’t call the package would remain in storage for eternity... so it took 6 business days, and good thing I called, because they are bringing it tomorrow (Friday) because the following week I would not be at home to receive the package

My package was supposed to arrive at my home in Paris. We weren't home went the delivery happened. So the delivery guy didn't leave the package. But we never received any notification. After a while i contacted eurosender to know what was going on, and then i discovered that there were 3 delivery attempts, but i never got called. And my package went back to slovenia.

I only gave 'poor', just to warn Eurosender to choose better partners in the future... I really had a very bad experience sending winter equipment to the hotel I was staying for a ski vacation. GLS was appointed to transport my equipment. The pick-up arrived on Thursday very late in the afternoon, my ski boots only could leave the day after, and they didn't arrive until Tuesday, almost one week later. So, never choose GLS again, please? They are awful. By the way... I had to rent extra ski shoes! How can I get compensation for that cost? Regards, Wilfried Haesen

Literally everything arrived damaged, but it was very cheap. Just don't send things that can't be thrown around. And for some reason, each of the items I sent arrived on a different van. Three separate delivery vans arrived in the space of an hour. It was like groundhog day.

First time using Eurosender. Was asked 3 times the contents - first time when placing my order, then 2 emails thereafter. It delayed a very urgent package being collected!! Thereafter I got an email saying it would be collected between 5pm & 7.30pm, which was not a time specified when ordering. I phoned DHL who told me this would not be the case as they do not do evening orders. In future I will go direct with DHL.

After the DPD courrier failed to pick up my parcel, i had to wait 4 weeks for the next possible collection date. Not strictly eurosenders fault, but still uncool if you want to send christmas presents.

Initial timeslot was too long. And the local courier Dpd sent me an e-mail at 6 AM they would pick up the package a day later. Then 9 AM they sent me another mail they would pick up the same day. Very confusing and hard to plan around it.

Package was expected to take 3 days but took about 2 weeks. I had to chase twice and both times was promised a call back which never came. It did get there though and it was cheap to post.

see my emails to them; on top of it all, my packages were located at 1 pm in the afternoon and no one told me. i worried all night. when you go on tracking, nothing had changed so i didnt click on the detail until the next morning and discovered new info. unbelievable.

Recently we have some issues with the time of the delivery, sometimes is 3 weeks please see our historic with DDP.

go as UPS or parcel to go, lable needs to be there after oder i could make 3 times more shipments

I received my suitcases, but it took a lot of effort and there was a lot of unclarity. I called Eurosender a few times to see if I could get some more clarity on the time of picking-up and delivering, but I couldn't until the day itself. If you don't mind staying home all day or get it delivered to the neighbours, then Eurosender works perfect. For me it was a bit too stressful but at least I know how it works for in the future. One of my parcels had some oil on it. As soon as they gave me a time (the day itself) it was quite a narrow slot, which was good. Good to know that you parcels may not arrive at the same time, and you will not get any notification until the other parcel will be arrived. I would use Eurosender again now that I know what I can expect.

There was no problem with the pickup but at least half (14 packages) arrived split open, retaped and seriously mishandled. I have not had the time to open everything and assume something is broke.

The support team is not willing or interested in investigating the issue. On the contrary, a sarcastic approach was taken and inability to process customer response was displayed. The customer requests were ignored and belittled which showed that the customer support team totally lacked empathy, ability to listen and ability to provide any acceptable level of customer support. The issue I have experienced was that I was charged a completely different amount to what was displayed on the screen when my credit card payment was processed.
