In principal the process worked. But the delay of the Bar Code delivery (from Eurosender to me) for the freight forwarder (DHL) disrupted the whole deliver process. Unforeseeably fast - the Courier was already 10min. after placing the order (10:00h) in front of my door. But I have not received the Barcode labels then (delivered by email at 10:25h) and didn't even know about. So the driver took the mail (against their internal procedures) back to their logistic center. It was still there a week later... and was quite a hassle for me the get in contact with the right agent to find our document. When back on track DHL did a great job. But our contracts arrived nearly 2weeks late at the destination.... So why not combining order confirmation and Bar Code labels...?

I ordered A4 document to be sent from PL to BY. Delivery took 8 days for cost 60eur. I'd wish it to be faster and cheaper.

The ordering process is well organized and efficient. Eurosender has done a good job at the front end of the process. What I'm not pleased about is Eurosender not communicating the tracking number to its clients in a timely manner. I've had this issue with both of my recent shipments. On both occasions I've had to reach out to Eurosender to request this information. On my latest shipment even though the shipment went out this morning i.e. over 9 hours ago I still don't have a tracking number and am waiting for a response from support on this issue. I don't understand why Eurosender doesn't arrange with courier partners to have them print this information on the receipt that is delivered when package is picked up. Clearly the courier knows the tracking number so if the information is no provided sooner (which it should) why not at least share it through that document. I'm otherwise pleased with the service.

Hello Nicholas, Many thanks for your feedback here, that is very appreciated. The tracking numbers are usually sent in the morning of the collection (standard orders) but the courier companies can, from time to time, have some delays. This is an aspect that we definitely try to improve with each of our partners. On the receipt given should be stated the tracking numbers but this receipt is not always provided. We will work harder to make it simpler! Sincerely.

Thank you for your feedback. A standard order can only provide you an estimated delivery date, according to our mutual conditions with the logistics companies. Regarding your shipment, the delivery was delayed due to the sanitary crisis which led to many restrictions, especially for deliveries at companies. We are sorry if this delay caused inconvenience. I am not happy with the carrier you use as their service was very disappointing. I called your customer service line for assistance and they helped right away a and solved my issue, however, the representative was not very customer service-oriented. You also need to follow up with an email notification after the successful or pending resolutions.

My package with GLS arrived with 12 days of delay. I can understand it because of the corona situation but I would have appreciated a notification of the delay on the website, before the purchase, or that the package would have been picked up later. Anyway I received good assistance, Marta B updated was very kind and updated me quickly.

La perfezione non è una caratteristica dei trasporti italiani , ora per causa Coronavirus siamo tutti a casa e quindi il disagio non c'è ma se in tempi normali uno deve rimanere bloccato a casa dalle 9 alle 13 di mattina quindi deve chiedere mezza giornata di ferie per un ritiro, lasciamo perdere. Se si da un appuntamento definito il cliente si può organizzare e se ci sono ritardi di traffico va bene uguale ma un presunto orario sci deve essere. Oggi una telefonata da cellulare costa nulla a livelli industriali per cui l'autista può sempre avvisare l'utente che ci può essere un ritardo .

Used Eurosender because of a recommendation but was severely disappointed. My luggages took almost a month to arrive at the final destination, I had to be calling and sending emails to know where they were because nobody would contact me. Besides that, one of the luggages was delivered completely broken and Eurosender informed that a luggage itself was not covered by insurance. I felt extremely wronged and with no return/refund whatsoever, I do not recommend.

One of 3 packages was damaged. That included bended/pressed(!) frying pan from the side. By the way Lucas not Justyna have ordered, the automated system didn't work here.

O serviço de entrega é bastante rápido e eficaz. Porém, o serviço de recolha deve ser melhorado. Deve ser agendado uma hora específica de recolha da bagagem na morada inicial, uma vez que o período de recolha coincide com o horário de trabalho da população, pelo que as pessoas se encontram fora de casa. Deste modo, sugiro que seja agendado entre o cliente e a empresa uma hora específica de recolha da bagagem, visto não ser justo o cliente passar um dia laboral em casa simplesmente para a recolha da bagagem poder ser efetuada. Falando por experiência própria, tive que reagendar várias vezes um dia de recolha da bagagem, porque, para além de eu ser estudante, todos os meus companheiros de casa trabalham, o que tornou impossível a tarefa de estar em casa para que a Eurosender pudesse fazer a recolha da bagagem. Por esta razão, a Eurosender tentou por 3 vezes chegar à minha morada para recolher a bagagem, no entanto, sem sucesso, uma vez que essa tentativa decorria em horários em que todos nos encontrávamos fora. Troquei vários emails com a Eurosender na tentativa de agendar uma hora específica em que alguém se encontrasse em casa, mas sem sucesso. Assim sendo, tenho a sugerir que, em vez de ser apenas agendado o dia da recolha, a Eurosender dê aos seus clientes a possibilidade de agendar a hora de recolha também. Isso facilitaria muito o vosso trabalho e acabaria por satisfazer os interesses dos clientes. Falando por mim, caso esse parâmetro tivesse sido melhorado, a minha satisfação para com os vossos serviços seria muito maior. No entanto, tenho que felicitar-vos pela entrega da bagagem no destino final.

The costumer sevice department was very helpful and responded fairly quickly to any questions or requests. However, there was a lot of confusion and miscommunication between the courier companies that resulted in unnecessary delays. For example, some of the sender's and recipient's details were wrong which meant that there was no way for us to be contacted. Also, there was insufficient information regarding the place were the parcel was left and I had to go or call various post offices to track it down.

Mes colis sont arrivés à destination à Arcachon dans de bonnes conditions mais pour ma valise envoyée à Eysines , je n’étais pas très contente ,elle est arrivée cabossée ,c’était une valise Delsey rigide et 3 choses à l’intérieur étaient cassées.

When my suitcases arrived home, one of them had a broken handle and the other one was missing a part of its wheel. Other than that everything was okay, people who work there were very professional and the delivery was fast and convenient.
