“The handling of my luggage cartons was poor, the service from Eurosender was good. I have used duct tape and covered it with stretch foil, but the DPD guys really dealt with it poorly. A small plastic vessel was broken, everything else was as shipped. They also tried delivering it one day prior to estimated day, but they tried for a second time on the following day.”

“It was a nice experience overall. I had a little trouble, that's why I don't give 5 stars: I'm studying abroad for 6 months, I was living in an house for 2 months, then we had moved to another house, and so the parcel was delaying because of corona virus (and this is completely normal). So I called to change the address to send it to, and they said to send an e-mail. I did and so they said the address was going to be changed. So I waited some days and while tracking the parcel I saw it was delivered to my past address. Three times. Then I had to call again and finally I found someone helpful. Even though I still had to call also GLS because they said they had more infos. I spent like 10€ call. Expect that, I liked their service, I think I'll use this shipment company again. But next time I'll make sure I don't have to move in a while. ;)”

“Ho usato per due volte il vostro servizio e il corriere è passato per il ritiro del pacco nell’orario di chiusura della farmacia, nel secondo ordine ho specificato nelle note gli orari di apertura ma non sono stati trasmessi al corriere. Ho dovuto risolvermi il problema telefonando più volte a DHL perché tramite le segnalazioni a voi la merce è rimasta ferma per ben due giorni nonostante abbia pagato in anticipo un servizio di spedizione veloce”

“Reason of Acceptable is that german office don't have phone for contact. Also, my package came from Germany to Croatia. I didn't recieve any notice for picking up and delivery.”

“Not a good time to trial a new logistics service, and I expected some sort of time delay with the goods, what I’d hoped was that customer service would have checked that the parcels were actually delivered before asking for service feedback, and that information in one case was totally different to what my customer was reporting.”

“Although one of the box received was badly damaged and goods inside were broken. Not claimed as were not very expensive. Handling of goods must be improved. Shipment was delivered on time.”

“There were significant delays in picking up the parcels, the communication was difficult and confusing. The local transporting company used (DB Schenker Sweden) was difficult to talk to and took very long to book a pick up date. I am unsure if I would ever use the service again.”

“bonjour j ai fais 2 mail pour changer l adresse de livraison vous m avez répondu 2 fois oui la nouvelle adresse est prise en compte et voila que le chauffeur m appelle pour livrer a l ancienne adresse j ai don du prendre un autre rdv ce qui ma reporté la livraison a 3 jours supplémentaire”

“Não cumpriram a data de recolha, nem avisaram. Foi preciso entrar em contacto, o que não foi fácil, pois o número de Portugal não atendia. Valeu o contacto com o vosso apoio no UK... Quando chegou a Londres a caixa estava danificada, mas nada se estragou...”
