The package was picked one day after the date I chose on Eurosender page. Also I told them (GLS from Eurosender) that in Spain I can only pick up the package in the afternoon and they told me that the postman will come whenever during the day, that they can't tell him to come in the afternoon. I waited 10 days for it.

I had a lot of issue for the pick up of my luggage. The fact that we only know that the driver will come between 9am and 6 pm and we don t have any timeframe or current position is very very cumbersome. I would advise to, at least, let the cst choose between a pick up in the morning or in the afternoon. Otherwise, the delivery went very well!

We sent 11 packages, 9 arrived in one day and the other 2 on the following day. It seems one of our boxes got destroyed during transport and the contents were transfered to another box. Unfortunately, several of the books that were inside were not put in the new box, so we never received them.

I sent two packages, which were picked up with a one day delay. One of the boxes was not delivered to my home address, therefore I had to go to the parcel center outside the town and pick it up myself (otherwise paying extra charges for the delivery to my door). On the other hand, the help service of Eurosender responded quickly and provided some assistance.

Damaged my luggage when I send it. Even though it was wrapped in a plastic film they did not cover or pay for anything. So, just send paper boxes and you will be fine

Overall experience was nice, but handling of the baggages wasn't that good because few items was broken and suitcase had few scratches outside. Also, I precisely mentioned to deliver on the 7th floor but they left the baggages on the ground floor at entry gate. otherwise pick up and delivery timing was smooth and nice. Thank you for the service.
