“A encomenda chegou ao destino mas com alguma preocupação. Antes da recolha da encomenda foi pedido a alteração da morada (inicialmente para um escritório mas com a situaçao do Covid-19 e o início do tele-trabalho foi enviada para a morada pessoal), através do código de localização vi que tinha sido entregue mas não estava na morada pedida. Liguei para o Eurosender para saber se estava na morada antiga ou na nova, disseram que iam averiguar e me diriam algo. Não fosse ter saído de casa (já em situação de lock down no país) e ter ido até à morada antiga e ainda hoje (passado 3 semanas) estava à espera de saber onde a encomenda estava.”

“One of the boxes arrived first not at the destination but to a pick up center near by while the other box took some days after to arrive and it arrived to a pick up center very far away from the original delivery adress.”

“Sales rep was pushy on the first call, then disappeared. I had to make multiple phone calls to finalize the order. Driver that was sent did not speak English (or either of the PickUp/DropOff local languages). Sales rep had arranged for afternoon pickup, driver showed up in the morning, and call centre made things worse by miscommunicating information to driver. During delivery, truck blocked off the road, despite being told this was not allowed. On the positive side, our stuff arrived in good shape; nothing broken or damaged or "misplaced". Delivery was made on the day they promised. Driver helped with arranging stuff inside the truck when needed.”

“Mein Paket wurde nicht am angegebenen Tag abgeholt, angeblich wegen falscher Adresse. Allerdings war permanent jemand da und die Adresse war richtig. Am Tag darauf wurde es dann nach einem Anruf und einer Mail abgeholt (ein Freitag) und kam am Mittwoch darauf dann am Ziel an. Der Kundenservice (per Anruf) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem schon okay, aber nicht wenn es dringend ist.”

“My luggage was not handled carefully by DPD service and I saw the man just throwing the boxes in his van. One package was already torn and retaped. Some of my stuff is also missing and I don’t know how. . overall the delivery service is good.”

“A recolha foi bem executada, com pré aviso de recolha. A entrega foi uma semana depois e não em 3 dias como anunciado, mas o mais preocupante foi que na data da entrega não houve nenhum contacto e o pacote foi deixado na porta de casa sem qualquer aviso ou notificação.”

“Purtroppo ci sono stati due disguidi: al corriere che doveva ritirare il pacco è stato dato un indirizzo sbagliato. Il corriere che invece ha effettuato la consegna ha detto che non poteva consegnare presso l'ufficio postale di charleroy come specificato nell'indirizzo e concordato con le poste belghe. Il pacco è stato consegnato presso l'ufficio di mio figlio che ha avuto disagi per trasportarlo a casa. Molto professionali invece le operatrici del call center. Spero di essere più fortunata la prossima volta Buona serata 😊”
