Sales rep was pushy on the first call, then disappeared. I had to make multiple phone calls to finalize the order. Driver that was sent did not speak English (or either of the PickUp/DropOff local languages). Sales rep had arranged for afternoon pickup, driver showed up in the morning, and call centre made things worse by miscommunicating information to driver. During delivery, truck blocked off the road, despite being told this was not allowed. On the positive side, our stuff arrived in good shape; nothing broken or damaged or "misplaced". Delivery was made on the day they promised. Driver helped with arranging stuff inside the truck when needed.
