It was a nice experience overall. I had a little trouble, that's why I don't give 5 stars: I'm studying abroad for 6 months, I was living in an house for 2 months, then we had moved to another house, and so the parcel was delaying because of corona virus (and this is completely normal).
So I called to change the address to send it to, and they said to send an e-mail. I did and so they said the address was going to be changed.
So I waited some days and while tracking the parcel I saw it was delivered to my past address. Three times. Then I had to call again and finally I found someone helpful. Even though I still had to call also GLS because they said they had more infos. I spent like 10€ call.
Expect that, I liked their service, I think I'll use this shipment company again. But next time I'll make sure I don't have to move in a while. ;)
