Pick up service was ok, and delivery was on time. But one of the boxes I sent was treated very roughly, and the content inside was damaged. The packaging of that box was ok, as I have sent similar items with similar packaging in the past.

What is your service? You rejected me once and even until now i get no tracking. Infact i dont know where the letter is at the moment.

Not happy with fact that packet was held in their warehouse for 4 days before it was shipped from Croatia.

Said that would take 6 days, took 11. The baggage was a little wet. There wasn't someone speaking my language when I called.

The labels were sent late, the delivery staff was super rude and with a bad attitude and I saw how they treated badly my boxes that specifically said to handle with care and fragile. The tracking web page is not up to date so I couldn't know the real status of my boxes.

Han tardado más de una semana en entregar el paquete desde que se hizo el pago del envío cuando su publicidad dice tres días. Es poco probable que repitamos la experiencia.

Very disorganized pick up schedule in my experience. My order was supposed to be picked up a week ago and till date it hasn't been picked up and I still don't even have any confirmation when it's gonna be picked up

A guaranteed delivery date was promised but not met. Immediately after placing the order and paying, the sales person no longer responded to any demand. Thanks to the colleague from service department for the efforts to find the package again. Stupid feeling to be at a trade fair without advertising material!

Your prices are good but the delivery is very slow you never apdate the system at the order to see where the package is and this satisfy customer. Maybe one order has been delivered 1 month before and the order is still active i have to send you an email to change the status of the order.

Good price but not reliable on the transportation time. Announced when I did the request : parcel delivered in approximately 1 day( France to France)...in reality 6 days! When contacting eurosender after some days not knowing where the parcel was, they promised to send me an email to tell me where the parcel was( no updating on the site), I never got a response.... I think you should be more honest announcing the real delivery time, like that your clients have a real choice choosing a transportation platform....very disappointed, while I had promised my client a quick delivery.

I'm disappointed by Eurosender services. One of the three parcels arrived later than the two others and the box was broken, almost splitted in two parts. In addition, in one of the two other boxes, two valuable pieces of ceramic dishes were broken in pieces. I think greater care should be taken to parcels during the transport.
