I was advised the parcel would take 3 days to reach its destination. It took 10 days. It was meant to be delivered to the recipient's address, it was delivered to the post office. The only reasons I haven't rated them 'very poor' is because they responded to every email I sent, even though most of them were unhelpful.
I'll stick to more expensive and more reliable companies.
