Stay away! They charged me 230€ for parcels they never picked up and they dismiss my refund requests. They shipped 2 packets that returned completely broken, with damaged machines for a value of 400€. They gave back to a neighbour and now they say they cannot accept a claim because I didn't do it at the return moment. Scammers with no shame!!!
