“I disclosed I was trying to ship whiskey you took my money had DHL pick up the package then DHL told me you could ship alcohol that was frustrating but not as frustrating as you not returning my money after it was said and done if it was a few dollars it wouldn’t be a big deal but it was $150.00”

“It was responsive and reliable service. Although I would recommend to be very clear when sending a package to India as the beneficiary has to to pay an extra import tax, maybe around 100%. Apart from that Eurosender is a great service and they were very helpful in every case.”

“Things went great and fast. Thanks a lot. One thing that could have helped would have been to give a little bit of instruction about pick-up time. Plus as I was abroad i didn't get a message from the courrier to say that the package had been delivered.”
