This was hands down the worst shipping experience of my life. Eurosender was completely unresponsive and inefficient — they didn’t reply to emails on time, failed to communicate with DHL properly, and I had to personally step in and chase both sides to get basic updates (which was supposed to be their job). They lost my shipment, then found it, only to send it back to the original location. After weeks of back-and-forth, I finally received the shipment a month later, with the boxes completely damaged. Total lack of accountability, poor communication, and zero professionalism. Do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Stay far away.
