The provide wrong tracking number,
At pick up they dont handover any receipt to you,
And after completing delivery, a month after they sens you an email stating your parcel was overweight and we are charging you extra fee,
They make the deduction directly from your bank without your authorisation.
Do not trust them and rather use another service.
