My 3 parcels 499885-22, 102801-22 and 955339-22 delivered late and one of them was damaged. Many items were missing and broken in my parcel.
They ensured that your parcel is insured by an insurance company but while we claim the amount for insurance, they give an excuse saying that parcel was packed properly.
Pathetic service and lack of accountability.
