I ordered a pickup and delivery service with Eurosender for the collection of a coat in Paris, to be sent to my home address in The Netherlands.
After TWO MONTHS and multiple pickup attempts, nothing has been collected sofar. After requesting to cancel the order they simply tell me I cannot cancel.
Hope Eurosender can understand that this is unacceptable and hope they will refund my cost of €40.
