Avoid Eurosender at all costs.
Paid €517 upfront for a simple shipment of 11 boxes. Courier showed up unprepared and left. It’s been 3 weeks of lies, excuses, and zero resolution.
I’ve called over 10 times, emailed multiple agents, and even filed an official complaint — all I get is blame-shifting and delays. Now they want to charge 2.5x more to rebook what they failed to deliver the first time.
This is not a logistics company, it’s a customer service black hole.
Currently escalating to ECC-Net and EU consumer protection for breach of contract.
