Never collected time-sensitive package then refused to take responsibility
2 days after the pickup date was missed, I contacted the people at the pickup location to discover that Eurosender never showed. When I let Eurosender know, they didn't take responsibility by making it right. They offered useless alternatives. I do not recommend.
