I had a very disappointing experience with this company. On two separate occasions, they charged me for additional package weight, even though I am confident the weight was accurate at the time of sending. On the second occasion, they charged me again two months later because the account remained active on PayPal. Their service was slow, unprofessional, and ultimately felt dishonest. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customer service very ignorant too in both cases .
