It has been almost 3 weeks since I have ordered pick up service from Eurosender, after exchanging emails with the staff and calling the courier company as my package was never collected due to various reasons, as the address that worked perfectly well with other delivery company, but became incorrect for Eurosender, and filling a complaint I can say that they do not even try to solve the problems that arise and due to their terms and conditions everything is being blamed on the customer and you will never get a refund for the service you have paid for. What is even more outrageous is that when explaining the reasons why the service was not provided they have the audacity to say that one of the factors is customer being a foreigner in the country from which the package has to be picked up and claiming that due to customers inability to speak the local language the order is nearly impossible to be carried out. Furthermore, according to them picking up something from dormitory is also impossible, thus, in this case, finding people in a block of flats should be also impossible if that is the logic behind this.
