Worst delivery company ever.
Sent an expensive fragile package using their service with full insurance coverage. Before payment everybody was super friendly and helpful.
First, the package got delivered first to a wrong location. After reaching out customer support, it was redelivered again with total delay of more than one week.
Then it turned out that package is broken. Unfortunately because of being on business trip, I could find out it only 1 week after delivery. After a long conversation with claim department (not as friendly anymore as it was in the beginning) it turned out that I submitted my damage claim 1 day too late as what is required by their rules. And even the insurance I paid can't help.
As a result, I spent 5 times more money on delivery than I would for a normal post, got package delivered 1 week later and finally got my goods of worth of around 1000$ in damaged and fully useless state so that I can only throw them away now.
